We are living through an incredibly difficult time during this world wide pandemic. So many of us are feeling anxiety about leaving our homes as well as feeling stuck being inside our homes.

Our whole life has changed, making us work from home, homeschooling our kids. You are under so much stress. You can’t even call a sitter while you are working.

Here at Peak Performance Pain Free we specialize in telehealth visits, something we’ve been doing even prior to the pandemic.

What does a virtual session include?

  • All telehealth sessions are with a licensed physical therapist.
  • All telehealth sessions include a thorough subjective exam so we can understand the source of your pain or problem.
  • All telehealth sessions include objective exams.
  • All telehealth sessions include patient education
  • All telehealth sessions include exercises & movement designed to not only decrease pain but help your performance, so you leave stronger than even before your injury.
