Esther received her doctoral degree in physical therapy from Columbia University and currently works as a traveling physical therapist around the United States. She works mostly with orthopedic patients with a special interest in sports physical therapy. She also specializes with pelvic floor dysfunction.
Esther has spent a great deal of time learning many different modalities including manual therapy techniques, neuromuscular re-education and has found many ways to teach her patients how to perform many of these techniques on their own. Her first career revolved around fitness, including theater dance and teaching yoga, Pilates & meditation.
During her spare time, Esther enjoys challenging herself with many different sports including high altitude hiking, mountaineering, climbing and cycling. She recently finished the GFNY 2019 100-mile race, with over 9,000 ft of elevation gain, climbed many high peaks throughout the US and has ice climbed glaciers in Alaska.
