so today I’m gonna talk about how you can improve your form in your runs and in your rides, why it’s so hard and what you need to do about it and why you should care.
Bad form leads to injury, increased fatigue and will have a huge impact on your endurance the amount that you’ll be able to ride. It’ll have an impact on your speed,
which will have an impact on your performance. We all hear about good form but do we actually know how to improve it? so there are several key factors that you need to think
joint mobility itself in the capsules,flexibility of the muscles that move those joints and recruitment stabilizers. We all hear about stabilization and so people do things
like planks squats and hip hinges. These are all great exercises but if you are not recruiting the right muscles, meaning the stabilizers to support you and protect
you and engage while your moving then you’re not going to be doing your body any good and you’re not going to be effectively working on your form and so you have to kind of slow things down and ask yourself what should be engaged, are you engaging it and are the wrong muscles off? Form is related to joint mobility muscle flexibility and the stabilization of those joints that you’re using you need all three components!
