Services

Online yoga and Pilates classes:

Several times a week there will be yoga and Pilates classes with different focuses. Some will be donation based and some will be paid only. The paid classes will have a specific focus, such reduction of pelvic pain, yoga for endurance athletes, yoga for weight training. All donation based classes will be open class format. Please check the schedule.

Suggested donation is $10. I ask you to donate to my venmo account at Esther-Adler-1.

Class schedule: All EST (classes will be continuously added. Keep checking the schedule)

Monday: 7pm Yoga flow Open donation-based
Tuesday: 7:30pm Yoga for Pelvic Pain Paid class $25
Wednesday 9am Pilates open class donation-based
Friday: 10 am Yoga flow Open donation-based
